  Someone needs to buy this Taco Bell and fix it. There is always a problem. They are out of MILD SAUCE. How does that happen? And the girl was rude when she told me. They should have a sign up so you know BEFORE you make a purchase.

  5 stars in every area. We ate in and the food was done so well we all got an order to go. Remeniscent of peak Taco Bell days.

  This taco bell on main Street in Crossville tn has a 1 start review from me. I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. One of the managers was being very rude to me when I dropped my cousin off at work. She was being very bixhy to me. Alk I tried to do was help explain why my cousin was late to work and she was EXTREMELY rude to me. I am a customer I was gonna buy food, but she has no customer service skills and no customer relationship skills. I have no earthly idea as to WHY this very extremly rude woman has a job working ANYWHERE that has to have any kind of interactions with customers. I will find out her name and edit this and add her name later. Thank you. I hope she eventually either gets fired or at least learns how to interact with a customer. Thank you.

  I would leave zero stars if that was an option. The day shift manager is rude and has such bad personal hygiene I could smell her from across the counter. It is definitely unpleasant trying to order food while smelling what can only be described as a month's worth of body odor and trash. Also, my food was made incorrectly multiple times and then was called a lair when I wanted it corrected. Between the smell, the attitude and the food not being made right it was a terrible experience. The manager also made fun of my medical condition. Do not spend your money at this location. Terrible food, unclean environment and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Seriously, go anywhere else. Tacos at home would better than the garbage they are selling.

  Ericka was very helpful and extremely kind to me. She had lots of patience with me and was very helpful helping me choose my meal and with paying!!!! 5 stars will definitely be back!!!
