The chicken Chalupa was not warm and very hard and the Beefy 5 Layer Burrito was not warm at all and the meat inside was terrible all clumped together and I got just 4 cinnamon twist the only decent thing was the Beef crunchy Taco and the Pepsi. The Taco Bell on Pervine in Crossville it Absolutely the Best!!!! I should've drove the extra miles to get there.

- BEBrad Edward'sNov 19, 20251.0I understand nobody's perfect we all have bad days but the manager at this restaurant is absolutely ridiculous loud obnoxious I guess their heat and air was messed up felt perfectly fine to me but throughout the whole restaurant you only hear her screaming that it's hot she can't breathe. While all the employees are in the background making the food she's sitting out in the sitting area telling everybody I hope you can make it for an hour without messing up I want to take a break. And making sure she repeated herself so everybody in the restaurant including the workers would hear her all the way from the dining area. I'm not trying to body shame anybody but when you weigh 400 lb you should probably stop yelling if you can't breathe. Everyone in the restaurant couldn't even hear the person sitting across from them because her mouth was so loud. And for the reason why I'm giving such a low review on the food is because the chicken that was in my burrito could have been used as a weapon for how dry and hard it was. The sad thing about this is there's about 10 post on here about how bad this manager is and she is still here Taco Bell does not care whether or not you're getting what you paid for they just want your money and they want you out the door
