Yesterday we ordered from Gondolas. The food was delicious and enjoyed very much but the one that answered my call was so rude. I tried to say thank you and she hung up before I could. When my husband went in to pick it up she saw him and left the register. Somebody else hung up his order. We used to order the potato soup there (2 large cups) every Wednesday.. Besides the other times we went. We did not appreciate her rudeness at all.

I haven't been to Gondolas in 13 months and I have to say, It's probably the #1 place in Crossville to eat. The pricing is very fair and the garden bar (as well as my charbroiled chicken) we're on point! First time in a minute that I was hurting cause I just couldn't stop eating... Usually not a problem for me.
They're only downfall is their success. We only had about a 5 minute wait since we beat the crowd and got sat down at 4:45 but the amount of orders and people they had come in shortly after that slowed moving around inside to halt. I literally bumped into 23 people trying to get out the door, it was so crowded. Again, that's not so much a complaint as a compliment to their great (crowded) atmosphere and food prep. You CAN NOT go wrong with the Crossville Gondola, just be prepared to see 254 people while you're there. Kudos!
