Thankfully, DoorDash refunded us for the missing items both times, but it would be nice if we could get what we ordered. The food is good, but today was our last time ordering delivery.

Two customers were waiting ahead of us, still needing to have their orders taken but no one was taking orders at the counter (two more customers came in after us ). After a couple of minutes the employee at the drive thru came over and took one customer's order and walked off, I'm guessing to fill said customer's order. The store has been open an hour, there's 4-5 employees in the building and for some reason every employee (including management) is congregating at the drive thru or in the back while customers are still needing to be helped. All of the remaining customers left within minutes due to lack of service. Poor management will to the decline and replacement of the store with a company/business that can do their job with speed and professionalism. Step up your game Bojangles in Crossville, you are truly disappointing.

And was asked if we wanted 2 heart shaped boberry biscuits, when we opened the box they definitely weren't hearts they were circles. Worst experience I've ever had here.
