    Went through the drive through to order the fish sandwich meal without lettuce or tomato, a chicken cordon meal, and an order of peach rolls. The fish was old and had a green tomato with lots of lettuce. The chicken tastes like fish jerky. The peach cobbler rolls were hard as well. My wife got sick from the fish sandwich and had to take medicine due to vomiting. We will not be going back to this Arby's. The $25 plus was a waste of money and time. Be careful when eating here!

    Waited in line for more than 10 minutes(they have 2 lines) then took the others one order when it was our turn. This is not the first time!

    I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Arby’s location today. When I ordered, I i told the cashier I wanted my order cooked fresh and made to order. Then I was suddenly told it would take 25 minutes. One of the staff members started laughing and said “Great,” which made me feel extremely disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. It felt very clear that they were trying to get me to accept a piece of fish that had already been sitting instead of actually cooking my order fresh like they claimed. Because of how unprofessional and dishonest the situation felt, I asked for a refund. Customer service should never make a customer feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, or misled. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect, and I will not be returning.
