  Worst service. I went here on 4/8/26 to get some breakfast and was quite shocked by the attitude of my car hop that brought my food. She handed me my order then the next I know my receipt is literally in my FACE. I don't believe for one second that was an accident. But you can believe that I won't be returning to this location. And that a shame because I truly love Sonic so I will have to go to Atoka or Ripley for a good burger now.

  I placed an online order @ 10:07 3/2/26 and arrived @ 10:15, I pushed the button and said I was picking up an online order. Everything seemed okay until I seen the ladies packing up to leave, I seen the manager(red shirt) and asked how much longer on my order cuz at this time it was 10:50 and they forgot about my order obviously, no problem things happen. I finally received my order and items were missing so I told the other lady that brought my food out what I was missing,no good customer service at all she had an attitude with me,no sorry, no nothing. Well get home and my family and I start to eat and not long after eating 2 of my family members got sick, one being my child that I had to take to the ER because they couldn't keep nothing down and was told he had FOOD POISONING. That is UNACCEPTABLE and the health department needs to come check that, idk if it was the chili or cheese because both members had chili cheese tots. Do better lady's, also the 2 lady's I did speak with need a course on customer service.

  The burgers are Salty and greasy, the onion rings are hard. The best thing about them is their tater tots. Everything else taste disgusting
