Prioritizing online orders over a lobby full of customers waiting to order in person. The people that worked here on a normal basis were 1000 times better and more efficient.

We don’t want ours toasted the least you all could do is make sure the bread isn’t so crunchy not toasted if I wanted crunchy bread I would get it toasted! Fresh bread please!
