  Asked specifically for ketchup didn't get it. Drive thru window broken won't open correctly. Only good thing i enjoyed is the only restaurant that actually put mustard on the burger.

  They messed up both of my orders.it took 30 minutes to get my original order. Pretty sad.

  This Whataburger location has very friendly and welcoming staff! I chose to order from the kiosk but a lady offered to take my order if I'd prefer to order at the register. The restaurant was very clean and no one else was inside. I ordered a burger combo meal, an iced coffee, and a salad. I'd say it took about 15 minutes to get my food, so the service was a tad slow considering I was the only person inside. I know they had drive thru orders, so maybe they were short staffed. I even talked with a team member about how his recent high school graduation and he kept saying "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am." I'm not used to being treated so nicely at a fast food restaurant. The food was made perfectly and there were big portions of bacon and chicken on my club salad. They did make my iced coffee immediately, so I was able to sip on it while I waited on my food. The wait time was a bit long, but I definitely enjoyed my experience at this Whataburger. They have hired great people and have excellent food. I will definitely be returning.
