- JGJohn GoJan 2, 20263.0Decided to give Wayback a shot. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon and made it a combo meal for a total of $15. If you are charging $10 for the burger, it should bring the flavor. Turns out they rely on bourbon mustard to provide any flavor on this burger. The patties were dry and over cooked, not seasoned at all. The cheddar cheese was practically non existent, you could literally see thru the slices. The fries were great and there was no tea available. Will not be back. I think there are way better burgers elsewhere.

Customer service is also bottom of the barrel. I suggest getting a nice and intelligent person to manage this location. This seems to be common place concerning most businesses in Memphis ran by the same quality of people so I wasn't necessarily surprised but definitely disappointed. Additionally the people running this location purposely turn down the music because it's not what they like to listen to. I'm sure if was rap it would be blasted.🤔
