  The delivery was horrible I ordered around 4 and the verification email I received said my order was supposed to arrive around 5:25-5:35. 5:39 rolls around and I call the store wanting to make sure I wasn’t missing anything because the order tracker said my pizza had been delivered. The store then tells me the delivery driver wasn’t able to reach us through phone or by knocking on the door and they brought the pizza back to the store. They said the pizza delivery person would be back on the way with the pizza. An hour later we call back and and the delivery driver hasn’t even left with our food yet (absolutely insane) we were home the entire time and the delivery address was sent with the order!

  Ok, I understand the call for social distancing. However, I waited outside this location while these guys finished up orders for 2 Door Dash drivers in the restaurant. Respectfully, I did not enter the establishment as the sign on the front door requested only 2 customers at a time. My pizzas had BEEN ready. I waited so long that I called into the restaurant to see what was going on, only to be put on hold when there wasn't even anything going on. The other gentleman had already taken care of the Door Dash orders and all they were doing was waiting. The young lady who put me on hold stepped over to brush flour off the dough machine while they chatted. Placed me on hold for over 3 minutes to do that. One of the Door Dash drivers stepped out for whatever reason and I proceeded in. Ridiculous! You guys need a better pick up for your customers that are not waiting for orders to be completed. 1star for customer service. 2 stars because the pizza was good.

  I had a coupon for a free pizza but it had to be ordered online I couldn't figure it out for nothing. There wasn't a place to click accept on the promo code, I called customer service and both people I talked to were rude and completely clueless. They told me to go into the store location for help so I came to this store and the two ladies that helped me could not have been any nicer! It was so refreshing after dealing with customer service. The in store employees were so helpful, and patient while I told them my issue. They had no problem with my order and it was hot and fresh! Best customer service around! The sweet lady up front even brought it out to me as I was in my car waiting.Thanks so much ladies!☺️
