Walked in, there was a girl working drive thru, a man I guess prepping orders, neither greeted my wife and I. I went to the bathroom and came back and my wife still had not been assisted, my wife went to the bathroom and came back, I had not been assisted. While i was waiting at the front I heard a woman on the phone fussing with someone, she could hsve very well been on her break, but during the lunch rush? We ended up leaving without being acknowledged. Seems like if you want to get service at this location you have to go to the drive thru or order online.

My unwich was good, but I ordered it w/o oil & vinegar and they put it on anyway, and I ordered my pickle quartered and ended up with a whole one instead.

First time at jj. Not a good experience at all.
Employee's look really sad and depressed. They only greet certain people and for others they just stand there and look at you.....
