  My mom and I came here one night after a long day of driving around and shopping and decided to stop in for a bite. There was a very sweet amazing friendly sandwich maker named Stephanie who was so nice to us and made our order exactly how we wanted it. She worked quickly and got everything perfectly right and was engaging in friendly conversation with us while she was making everything. That sort of customer service is what the city of Cookeville needs more of. Well done, Stephanie!! You are the reason we will frequent your location more often instead of other locations around town, where the people go psycho over parking spaces as opposed to doing their actual job. You deserve a raise and ASAP!!! If management sees this, get on that! Again, well done!! Keep up the good work!!

  Most disgusting sub i ve ever had. All ingredients including bread were literally old and nasty. When he heat up the meat the bread absorbed the moisture and become like raw dough. He insisted to put dressing on meat before veggies making it even worse.

  The food is what you’d expect from processed cold cut meats. The biggest problem I have is the building and location. It feels worn from the inside out, You can tell this place has been around for a while and has not seen real updates in decades. It has that late-70s/early-80s fast-food design, and it shows. On top of that, it sits between a rundown motel and a busy truck stop, so parking is constantly crowded and traffic chaotic. The staff was polite, but the whole setup needs serious attention. Three stars.

  Nice young lady, great sub. Very quiet as I eat inside. Clean rest room. Clean shop.

  Food is always good. Sometimes they’re out of a few things but that’s not the end of the world. Their service is usually quick when I go inside. I don’t do drive thru. The lady working there is very friendly. BUT on either 10/20 or 10/21 I went to pick up an online order. An old man (who I’m assuming is a manger since he was dressed formal) was talking with that sweet lady trying to figure something out and the old man was YELLING and CUSSING so loudly at the lady. He called her a liar and was just chewing her out. There were others in the lobby but that man did not care. VERY unprofessional.
