This is the second time I've ordered large fries and they are not full or fresh usually this is pretty a good one so I don't know what happened but they've not been great the last few times I've been there I'll probably start going to the algood one it'll be worth the drive honestly.

Worst service ever ! I ordered a number 1, no cheese just mustard tomato and pickle. I took it back to get re made and what I received was wrong again. By the 3rd trip my burger was finally right, but by then the fries were cold. Hands down horrible service ever.
Ps was also told by the cashier that the number one did not come in a single only double or tripple

Apparently the employees don't have to listen to the customers when we order and even the parts of your order they do listen to they still get wrong or don't do it because they think we owe them for being there. They stare at your wife and daughter like they are in a night club and they don't have chili,they have chili soup. The best thing about that restaurant is that I could leave. Which I did. I won't be taking my family back there ever. Good luck with staying open.
