Bought biscuits with sausage egg, bacon. Swiss cheese add sausage left establishment..got NO cheese and biscuit u ndercooked ;also eggshells apparently come with !!¿?!!?? Very dissatisfied with this particular WENDY'S

Had the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. I am not sure what the manager decided my wife and the cashier had done wrong, but I looked at my receipt. The cashier had put down my wife's order correctly, but it came out wrong. When my wife took it back to be fixed, the manager exploded. When they finally brought my wife's burger back out 10 minutes later, it was still wrong, but we just let it go. Not sure what Sabrinas's problem is, but she really needs to control herself better when she is at work. Will NOT be back. Considering calling corporate Wendy's and making a formal complaint.

They made the drive through an ai person. I much prefer talking to a person in the drive through. I feel like it adds to the experience.

There were so many people in the drivr thru lane that I couldn't get through so I'll just ran inside the order. Their focus was on getting all the people out of the draft through.To understand that I did feel like I was put on the back burner but the foot was hot and it was right for a change
