The food is what you’d expect from processed cold cut meats. The biggest problem I have is the building and location. It feels worn from the inside out, You can tell this place has been around for a while and has not seen real updates in decades. It has that late-70s/early-80s fast-food design, and it shows. On top of that, it sits between a rundown motel and a busy truck stop, so parking is constantly crowded and traffic chaotic. The staff was polite, but the whole setup needs serious attention. Three stars.

Food is always good. Sometimes they’re out of a few things but that’s not the end of the world. Their service is usually quick when I go inside. I don’t do drive thru. The lady working there is very friendly. BUT on either 10/20 or 10/21 I went to pick up an online order. An old man (who I’m assuming is a manger since he was dressed formal) was talking with that sweet lady trying to figure something out and the old man was YELLING and CUSSING so loudly at the lady. He called her a liar and was just chewing her out. There were others in the lobby but that man did not care. VERY unprofessional.

I arrived just before 8 PM to an empty parking lot and saw the only employee outside smoking. I would like to preface this lengthy review by apologizing for interrupting their smoke break. I am sorry. We were just hungry and Subway didn’t close until 10 PM and sounded good…at the time. I ordered a vegetable sub for myself and I politely asked that mine be finished first before making the turkey sub. The employee began to try to make the turkey sub as the vegetable sub was toasting. I had to ask again that the vegetable sub please be finished first. The employee started putting a thin layer of spinach on my bread that was not fully baked and I noticed the spinach and lettuce looked brown, mushy, and rotten. The vegetable side of the bane was frosted over, causing multiple vegetables inside the cambros to start to wilt. After ringing up my order, the employee walked off without saying a word/offering me my receipt for the turkey sub.

This Subway is under new management and they have raised prices, eliminated the use of coupon codes on the Subway app and for all you friendly truckers that I see eat there regularly, they blocked the back truck parking lot. Go to another Subway. There is always one nearby. I won’t be back.
