They said they couldn’t make my order even though It had already been paid for. When I asked for a customer service number they said it’s on the app. Well on the app it only lets you call the store, so I hit the contact store button and watched them pick up the phone, proceeded to ask again for a customer service number because they could not give me a refund and they don’t have the customer service number. Subway only has the ai online and no customer service rep so now I out my money will never eat subway again
