My fiance and I got a milkshake and it was completely melted down and was like milk, and not even ten minutes before we got our food we see them dancing making tiktoks. Have proof btw. Price is ridiculous for not getting what we wanted.

We ordered online and wanted to add to our order after we placed it, but no one knew how to add to online order.None of the employees knew anything about using the app, So we pressed the service button and waited close to 5 min before getting a response. After that, we waited forever to get our drinks. It took so long my wife went to the door twice to ask for them, when we finally got them they were wrong. Really disappointed with this place. Btw, the location on Jackson wasn't any better.
