- CCcmax264 days ago1.0Sent back my ice cold steak sandwich, they microwaved my whole plate, fries and all. Even the bite I spit out. For a 20 dollar sandwich, if you make it ice cold the first time, you should make me a fresh, correctly made sandwich.

Ordered a NY strip and a ribeye, strip was toughest cut I’ve ever had, ribeye taste spoiled, replaced with prime rib- it was great!! Service was good. Bottled drinks far more expensive than any neighboring restaurants. Disappointing trip in Cookeville. Definitely not worth the money!!
- JJJMar 6, 20261.0I have never had a steak with that was salty as I did here. It was so bad that my lips was burning and my throat. It was awful. Absolutely awful. My daughter had same reaction. Then to make things worst dust was everywhere . If someone was walking by you could see it in the air falling on our table. Worst outback i have ever been to. I will never go back to this location

I sent my husband in to make sure they were still serving, and if getting something to eat so close to closeing would be okay. The staff was so friendly khaki was our server and she made the best drinks. Then the manager came to our table and let us know our food was covered since it was so late. I tried to get him to let me pay because we were using gift cards from Christmas but he insisted, and after the day I had i allmost started crying. The food was delicious, the service was splendid, and the over all cleanliness and atmosphere was spectacular. The only complaint I have is the changing station in the women's bathroom was so high I had to stand on my tiptoes, but it got the job done I'm just a little short.

Our waitress was friendly but apparently overwhelmed. I ordered the shiskebob which was pretty good except I had asked for no onions and they were still there. My wife had the hamburger no onions or tomato and it had both when it was served. No other complaints about the food. We were finally asked about the food near the end of the meal, thankfully there were no other issues.
