I ordered online, got two burgers of the exact same type to keep it simple for the cooks (my little one wouldn’t have eaten the fixings on the burger, but I just planned to take them off and add them to mine). We picked up and went straight home, and when we got home I discovered that neither burger was correct, the fixings on each burger were messy and didn’t seem as fresh as Five Guys usually is, there were more fries thrown in the to go bag than there were in the fry bag itself, and the fries were over-salted and soggy. Such a disappointing experience and so below the usual Five Guys standards :(

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
