The older woman at the cash register looked like she was old enough to be their mom. Abunch of children working and creating a bad environment for good energy. I guess I'll just never go back. I can see someone left a review where they recorded the interactions with them, I would very much like to see it cause I can vouch and say they are awful to customers there. I don't know. This puts the last nail in for me, never eating here again. It's the only one I've ate at that makes a big deal about extra stuff on your bowl. I thought it was supposed to be free? Oh well they'll end up getting closed down with bad leadership. Just read all the 1 star reviews! They all are talking about how badly they get treated there in Cookeville.
