  Our experience was fantastic yesterday evening, Jan 2. Our food was perfectly cooked and hot. The fried pickles are the best. The pretzel knots are really good. They taste more like nicely crusted pretzel buns than pretzels but dip them in beer cheese and it's a great match. I like the cauliflower wings with the asian zing sauce. The traditional wings with original buffalo or orange chicken flavor. But the best thing I had by far was the beer cheese cheese steak. It was perfectly thin shaved sirloin, flavorful, and served on a soft delicious bun. That is something I will get again and again.

  We were nervous after pulling up to an almost completely empty parking lot at 6:00 on a Saturday night. Jake was our server and he was phenomenal. Our food was out quickly and was very good.

  Came in. Waited for a table to be cleaned for about 10 minutes. We ordered a sampler and chicken nachos at 1:03 per our ticket. The sampler came out with sauces we didn’t order and missing what we did, no biggie deal, we got the new ones after they were heated up. At 1:35 we canceled the nachos. The service wasn’t good. Katie was not attentive or apologetic about my husband not having his food. I don’t recommend.

  As a waitress, I never like to trash other restaurants but I felt the need to warn other people in this case. Our waitress Katie walked up with a sour face, and looked disgusted to even share oxygen with my family and I. From the moment we sat down she made us feel like a burden. My husband had to literally get up and track her down for refills, and he has the patience of a saint usually. The food wasn’t bad but it came out at all different times and most of us were done by the time the last dish came out. No one greets you at the door, the floors are COVERED in trash, and the only bright spot was the food runner whose name I never did catch, but he worked the night shift on 12/7. I’m not sure who is running this place, but they need to open their eyes and get it together because there’s way too much competition on restaurant row to be dropping the ball that much. All in all, don’t waste your money.
