All of our waffle cones were soggy, and when we asked for a refund or replacements, the staff responded with attitude. I was surprised when she said she had to call her manager just to handle this. They eventually gave us a few new cones, but those were soft too. Really disappointing. Please train your employees to handle basic customer service situations.

The ice cream is what you’d expect from Baskin-Robbins: consistent, classic flavors with plenty of options for kids and adults alike. They’ve got a drive-thru, which is a nice touch, especially when parking is limited (which it often is). On our last visit, my wife mentioned that the wait time was longer than usual, with a line that actually wrapped around the small lot, so be prepared during busy hours. All in all, it's worth trying, especially if you're in the mood for something sweet and don't mind a little wait. Just try to avoid peak times if you can.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
