I arrived girl up front said she can’t find order then helps other customers. 20 minutes later after ignoring me I get her attention she has ticket in her hand and says it was never made. I ask for refund since I paid on line., her or manager doesn’t know how to give refund. I said to keep it as I was in the lobby for 58 minutes. Horrible .never received refund!
