    Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has been consistently poor. Staff often come across as rude and unprofessional, which makes the experience uncomfortable from start to finish. There are plenty of other places in Columbia that treat customers with respect. I’ll be choosing those over this location in the future.

    Listen, it takes a lot for me to leave a poor review. I LOVE Wendy's, and I understand when things get busy and the employees get in the weeds, sometimes the quality can suffer. Unfortunately, today was not a day like this. We came to the drive through during a slow period and were the only customers I could see. I ordered a #1 single with no ketchup or mayo, and two cheeseburger kids meals. We waited a considerable amount of time and were asked to pull forward to wait. There we waited a considerable amount more time. I was fine with this because it usually means they're cooking our food fresh and it will be nice and hot when we get home, 5 minutes down the road. We got home and the food was all cold. Cold like it's been sitting on a counter for 20 minutes. I tried to call and talk to the manager to just be like, "Dude, not cool. Give us a voucher or something because damn." But no one would answer. So here I am with my 2* review in hopes they will do better from now on.

    I am writing to report a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location involving an employee named Sheryl. When we arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up our order, everything initially seemed fine. After leaving, we realized that our Breakfast Baconator was missing. We returned promptly and politely explained that the item was not included in our order. Instead of apologizing or checking the order, Sheryl stated that we were not charged for the item, which was incorrect. Our receipt clearly showed $5.99 for the Breakfast Baconator combo, $3.99 for the sticks, and a total of $18.86. When we pointed this out, her demeanor became rude and dismissive. She was very disrespectful to both me and my mother-in-law, appeared visibly irritated about helping us, and gave us unpleasant looks. While addressing us, she also spoke rudely to another customer over the drive-thru speaker, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were calm and respectful throughout the interaction and simply wanted the missing item corrected. I would also like to note that I had surgery earlier that morning and had not eaten since 7 a.m., which made the situation even more frustrating. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. However, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I hope management will address this situation and provide additional customer service training, as this experience does not reflect the level of service I expect from Wendy’s
