  I went to Towne Coffee & Cuisine for the first this morning and I can confidently say I had the best bacon, egg, and cheese bagel I've ever had! The coffee was also amazing and the owner was so nice too!

  I’m pretty turned off by how this business conducts their customer atmosphere. I recommended this establishment to my coworkers as a place to meet. During my last trip with a friend, there was not a sign on the table, but during this meeting, there was a sign placed on the table that basically asks people to rush in and out as a way to excuse their behavior of asking guests to leave. Instead of creating an environment that we will return to you’ve created 4 people who will not visit your establishment again, we will go elsewhere. We will spend our money elsewhere and instead of a reoccurring monthly customer basis, you’ve lost people. And I will tell other people I know not to go as well. I won’t meet a friend for coffee at your establishment and I won’t decide to have lunch here. I won’t recommend your establishment to other coworkers as a place to grab a drink a bite to eat and chat, it was offensive and embarrassing. My coworkers ordered meals and drinks and intended to order more drinks and an additional item to eat, but were asked to leave and someone tried to take a plate of food that wasn’t finished. I’m sure you’ll excuse this poor review and feel validated that you’re right and asking people to quickly go in and out of your establishment and not linger but that’s where traditions are made and that’s where community exists and that’s how you become part of a community. Someone will tell me I’m wrong. Someone will say you have every right to have the sign on your table, but what I hope is that instead of telling me wrong, you actually reconsider the atmosphere you’re creating.

  I LOVE this place and I swear I’ve posted pics before but haven’t taken any on my last couple of visits. The food is delicious, great coffee and the owners and staff are the nicest, sweetest people.

  I really want this place to do well. The seating area is nice, the menu is great, the bathrooms are clean. During my last two visits, the girls taking the orders were not well trained, they kept scratching their backs and faces and hair and then touching cups, equipment, etc... That is really unsanitary. My coffee drink has not been very warm and one time made wrong. When asking them to remake, I got an attitude and then the girl asked the owner how to make it... so she didn't know. I get it... it is hard to find good help, but with the service and drinks, I question if I want to try again.
