I just waited in lobby for a kiosk order for nearly 20 minutes for a lukewarm burrito and and gordita crunch. Photo below to see how burrito was wrapped. This isnt a one off thing if I dont come here between the hours of 10pm and 2 am im getting bad service with bad/cold food. If the drive thru is slammed dont go inside, You'll just have to wait even longer. (Edit: grammar)
