  Wouldn’t shock me if every person here eventually gets replaced by AI. So slow, so mediocre. I waited an extra 10 minutes after the maximum time limit. They also put the wrong toppings on my pizza…

  Been ordering from papa John's for yrs. Placed a order tonight for a pizza, and got one that was jacked up. Paid for ex cheese, and did not get it. Called in, and they did not want to correct the order.

  Not really happy with my order or experience. I ordered the Italian trio because it comes with banana peppers on it and I'm picky about pizza. I showed up and picked up my order and got all the way home and it's just an overcharged sausage/pepperoni pizza with no banana peppers at all. It looks nothing like the advertised photo. And I don't even want it, I don't like plain sauage/pepperoni pizza. I literally got this for the banana peppers on it. Not happy at all with this.

  pizzas looked great lots of cheese without having to ask. when first got there, the staff being busy i guess, they don’t greet you at all lol but if a pizza gets done they will say something to ask you if it’s yours. tasted great overall. slick wish it had more sauce and less cheese so it don’t brick up so much and separate itself but still good . lastly, the dude that did come take my money stopped making the pizzas with cheese still on his hand and checked me out, handed me my boxes, and continued making other pizzas. i ate mine LOL but im just saying .

  I placed a carry out order online this evening for a medium 2 topping pizza. I got a notification at 6:40pm that it was ready. So I arrived at 6:50 and I had to wait cause the same person that came to help me was already having an issue with another person that was waiting. So he finished that then asked my name and I told him so he started to look confused then I said I received a notification saying my pizza was ready. Then he goes on to look around again like the pizza was going to appear somewhere then finally he goes on to say my pizza was sent out with the guy that he just had an issue with but I could go ahead and pay and wait an additional 6 minutes. I said absolutely not I have somewhere to be and I left. I understand there was only two people in there working but if someone else order was messed up why would you give them my pizza with my name on the box instead of fixing that man a fresh pizza the way he wanted it cause it wasn’t even busy in there…. And on top of that I used my papa reward bucks and it was not even returned back to my account. Not to mention I’m glad I chose the cash option cause I didn’t have the extra time to wait around that’s why the order was placed ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait. But hopefully those guys can get it together.
