  Ive been a huge fan of Panchos for 2 decades but I just had one of my first bad experiences with the food. I ordered my usual fajita for pickup on Thursday around 4pm. I was very dissapointed when opening it up and seeing what it looked like. I'm also very picky when it comes to fajitas but looked like a bland medley of meat and vegetables tossed together. Like if you tried making a fajita at home for the first time and stuck it in some Tupperware. There was no love put into it and it looked a bit rushed. It definitely didn't have that signature Panchos fajita flavor. I cant describe it but it's like the char and seasoning and grease from the grill gives everything a great taste. And they always avoid making a fajita that looks like it's been microwaved. But this time it's leaning more towards that since the vegetables are barely cooked. I've tried a lot of other Mexican restaurant Fajitas and I can't stand them because they usually are just bland pre cut meat and vegetables tossed together and barely warmed up with barely any char on the food. Panchos is my favorite and I want to keep coming here Maybe the usual cooks were off today or on break and someone else made it. It's very possible since I went between Lunch and Dinner rush. Its just disappointing when you pay 30 dollars for one of your favorite dinners for yourself and they don't meet your expectations. I just hope they read this and focus on making sure they keep their standards high like they always have. Thanks

  The ONLY reason I'm giving this place four stars is because of the salsa. It's tomato paste. I'd love a Spicer option. The food is always amazing and it comes out very quickly, the servers are always kind and the music is always Los latidos!

  Overcharging!! Be sure to look at your receipt. I ordered beef tacos that are $2.50 on the menu they charged $4.99 each, when asked they said that was the only option in their system they couldn't fix it. Then if you pay with a card they automatically add a tip. Ridiculous that a local business is ripping customers off.
