Went back to the store where the girl at the counter looked at me like I was stupid & barely acknowledged me but replied with a “I don’t know.” It wasn’t until I got upset & told my partner that she was just looking at me like I was dumb that she finally replied & said they’re remaking the order. My question is how when I ordered breakfast & it was lunch time. So I walked away & told her I would be contacting corporate. All while this is going on, a homeless man walks in & moves several of the wet floor cones around the restaurant & walks out. No one in management notices or says anything. This was extremely concerning as kids were around. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & WON’T BE RETURNING.
