    Today we went to McDonalds in Columbia. Using the kiosk I ordered two Fish Fillets diners and a 6 piece chicken McNuggets. The problem was one of the fish fillet dinners was wrong. It had only onions and no lettuce and pickles like I ordered. So the server ask if we had anything we needed so I said the fish fillet order was wrong so she took back the sandwich and then delivered the replacement fish fillet order but opening the sandwich there was no fish patty!! I can’t imagine how they forgot the fish patty in a fish fillet sandwich! The server had to cover her mouth when I showed her the mistake, she was so shocked to see a missing fish patty! I don’t understand how a kiosk order can be messed up twice with the same sandwich. Hum.

    I ordered Curbside Pickup because I usually like getting my food quick. Well today, I waited for about 15-20mins( Would of been faster to do the drive through ordering). They brought the food out to me in DoorDash bags for the curbside.(The girl asked if it was okay). Also, all of my food was cold. My nuggets, fries, and my mcchicken. Plus my Shaker bag for my grinch meal was missing. I used to work at this place in high school, but it has fallen off so much. I am now recommending Trotwood or even driving to the bear creek by I-65 more.
