The poor person at the counter has a device to scan phones that has been hanging on by a few frayed wires for over a year. It takes them forever to get the scanner to work and it had to be stressful during the morning rush. Franchisee, get your people the equipment they need to work!

The only correct item is the promo item (black coffee) I received for free! Go to the other location in Columbia!
