When I went to get my food, one worker snapped at the other girl working. Then, I got my food and walked to the drink machine, and two employees were blocking the area and gossiping and cussing, so that I couldn't get to the area. I had to ask them to move. Then I forgot my chips, and when I walked back in she yelled, "What do you need!?" I was completely shocked by the attitude. I will never come back here again!

My husband brought the receipt back in and they said they couldn't give him the money back. They would have to refund the entire order $32 and charge it again. Yeah, no. So he said can you give me a side of guac or something to make up for the extra charge $1.70, something to make it easier. The employee snapped back with, I can't give you that, that's $5. My husband said, it's $5 for a side?? She said it's $2.25. We could have paid the difference. It's not even about the money, it's the fact that they were in the wrong and wouldn't fix it. No, we don't want to be charged another $32. Called corporate because you can't call any of the stores directly. Who knows where you're actually calling?? Corporate solution was to send us a credit for free queso! We didn't order queso or want queso. So they are refunding our money in 3 to 5 business days. I'll drive to Spring Hill before ever returning to the Columbia location again. Rude, unprofessional behavior! Nothing like walking into a restaurant and being given a dirty look. Unbelievable
