- NLNova LeeDec 23, 20253.0The remodel looks amazing, however, the staff needs to be taught how to treat customers. Came in tonight and nobody was in the parking lot. My husband dropped me off at the door since I was just walking in quickly. Before I even made it to the counter the girl working told me to ask him to move the car because he was blocking traffic. There was no traffic. The place was dead. I let my husband know and he moved up out of the way. The girl made a snide comment about how that’s what parking spots are for. I am pregnant and he was trying to help me out. Not to mention I was just going in to get a gift card and 2 scoops of ice cream. It took no time. The entire time during my time there the girl kept laughing and whispering to the girl filling icing bags. They continued to snicker back and forth and even after I left I looked back inside and both girls were laughing and staring at us. Extremely rude. I don’t understand why they made it an issue. I could understand if the parking was full but again it was dead and there’s plenty of room for someone to drive around if need be.
