Several items on the serving line were completely empty, including pico and queso. When customers asked if they would be refilled, employees told us to “pick something else” instead of preparing more. The restaurant was still open for two more hours (closing time is 10 PM), yet staff were acting as if they were already shutting down. The manager and staff were dismissive and rude to multiple customers in line, not just me. I also overheard the manager say she wanted to close early, which may explain why they refused to restock basic ingredients during normal business hours. Customers expect menu items to be available while the restaurant is open, and if items run out, they should be prepared again rather than telling customers to choose something else. This felt like a decision to stop serving properly long before closing time. I’m leaving this review because this appears to be a management and training issue that corporate Chipotle may want to address. I would appreciate someone from Chipotle corporate or regional management to review this location’s operations and customer service standards.
