My husband dropped me off at the door since I was just walking in quickly. Before I even made it to the counter the girl working told me to ask him to move the car because he was blocking traffic. There was no traffic. The place was dead. I let my husband know and he moved up out of the way. The girl made a snide comment about how that’s what parking spots are for. I am pregnant and he was trying to help me out. Not to mention I was just going in to get a gift card and 2 scoops of ice cream. It took no time. The entire time during my time there the girl kept laughing and whispering to the girl filling icing bags. They continued to snicker back and forth and even after I left I looked back inside and both girls were laughing and staring at us. Extremely rude. I don’t understand why they made it an issue. I could understand if the parking was full but again it was dead and there’s plenty of room for someone to drive around if need be.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
