- DMDeb McClearyFeb 7, 20261.020 minutes in the drive thru at 5:50pm on a Saturday to pick up a mobile order, and I only moved up 2 spaces, with 5 in front of me. Decided to go in the store where I was promptly checked in so I could wait another 20 minutes. In 1993, I waited 25 minutes for fast food for 3 people, and have not had a longer fast food wait since then. A BK in North Carolina held that record for 33 years. 8 people working here tonight that I can see. Food for 2 people took 40 minutes. Please get them either more staff, better machines…whatever these visibly hard working people say they need. This is absolutely ridiculous. The staff was kind, and I didn’t see one person pause what they were doing. Please take care of your staff so they can take care of your customers.

Then when I asked if there was hot sauce in the bag the girl said yes so I took the bag and got ready to leave. As she was closing the window she said to a co-worker that I had an attitude- not acceptable!
