I simply asked for extra onions and once I got my food. There were no onions on my sandwich but it had way too much ketchup on it. So, I just asked could you just add the onions they remade the the order instead, thanks for that. I got the remake and it was the same ketchup all over the top and bottom bun and still not one onion. Upon checking my order I look up and everyone in the back was just staring at me which made me feel uncomfortable, all the while the manager had nothing to say about the situation and she was in the lobby while everything was going on
