  Ordered and got home only to discover that my money was not well spent. Ordered a Turkey Tom (Giant) and this is how it came. Literally what is this? I've been to Jimmy John's on several occasions but this is the 1st and last time I'll go here. Called the manager was nonchalant and dismissive. Didn't even offer to at least remake the sandwichs. Don’t waste your money, especially in this economy.

  I went here tonight and the employees were outside smoking and then came inside and didn’t wash their hands. The man who took my order and payment almost didn’t give me back my change which was two dollars. I pointed it out and then he gave me my change in all coins. I guess he realized he didn’t have any ones and hoped I wouldn’t notice not getting my change back I don’t know. I ordered two sandwiches and when I got home one of them had only cheese and bread on it … it was supposed to be a Sicilian pizza sub with a few different meats and cheese . I asked for the sauce on the side and that was in the bag but he didn’t put any meat on it so basically I paid for cheese and bread. I won’t go back to this location . This is the second time they have messed up our orders and it will be the last for me . I love the food so I will make sure I go to another location next time .

  Grossly overpriced for what it is ... over 30 dollars for 2 bags of chips and 2 mini subs ( that include 2 very thin slices of meat and cheese ) and 1 regular sub meal ... very little choices ... would much rather go to subway or lennys .

  Freaky fast and they mean it. By the time I wash my hands in the bathroom my sandwich is already made and ready waiting. Excellent service thanks guys!

  First time at this location. Also first time trying one of the Toasted sandwiches. Very pleased with both!
