- JMJust Me1 day ago3.0My wife loved visiting one of the other Dutch Bros locations (out of state), so we figured we'd try this one. One member of the staff was friendly and patient, another wasn't. The drink my wife ordered was pretty good. There is no seating area, so this might not be the ideal location for grabbing a coffee in the winter.
- LNLaBreda NicoleNov 16, 20251.0Tried this place twice and asked for extra sweet. Apparently, they don’t know what extra sweet is because you don’t taste nothing sweet or no flavor. I got a large Golden Eagle and all I taste is expresso shots and milk. I’ll hate to see what the regular version is if the extra sweet is this bland. Will not be driving from Cordova, TN to Collierville, TN for this. Just bland. Now I have to go buy and add flavor and sugar to a $6.53 drink I sat in line for, so I wouldn’t waste what I spent. I could’ve just made my own drink at home if I got to go back home and doctor up a drink. Don’t taste no caramel drizzle. Just a waste of time. Highly upset and annoyed. Won’t be returning and will be sticking to 7Brews.

Everyone is affable, the drinks are fantastic, and the lines are just long enough to tell you that this is what you want, but you won’t have to wait long to get it. We come here often, and are rarely disappointed. Thanks for opening this so far from home!

- SSShelbyLynnNov 5, 20255.0Giving 5 stars because I usually always have amazing service. The coffee is always top notch as well. However, when I went Nov 3 around 8:30-9 am, I was approached by a very rude drive thru employee. Didn’t seem friendly to others either. But when she approached me, she didn’t say hi, didn’t ask me what I wanted or anything. She stared at me until I said something and looked at me like I was stupid and shook her head like ‘come on’. To add on, she kept rushing my order and was annoyed. I only ordered two drinks. Black tea and an Americano. Very simple. To make it worse, when I said I wanted a half decaf Americano, she gave me a disgusted facial expression and moved her hand in the air and was judgemental. Not that it’s her business, but I have a medical condition and I’m not even suppose to be having caffeine at all. I only drink Dutch bros because it’s what I prefer. I understand it might’ve been an off morning for her, but I hope she fixes her attitude before going to her next shift. It’s very off putting and extremely rude and judgemental of her.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
