  Tried this place for the first time, and unfortunately with a togo order. The food that we actually got was good, but this place is too expensive to forget to give up an entire meal. Will not be back

  We come here often, the food is amazing, not at all bland like that other Italian place (O. G.) Everything is perfection and that includes the servers, Kandace, Estepanie, Ben, and Victor.

  Today I come to do this review, although I don't like to do it, this is the third time I'm going to eat at this restaurant, the first two times everything was fine, I always went with my husband, he is American and they have served us very well, last night I went with my best friend to dinner, we are Latinas, we both work as waitresses, and we always speak Spanish and we can also speak in English, we sat at one of the first tables on the left, and we could observe how tables that arrived after us had drinks quickly, we were waiting for a long time for someone to serve us, A young woman approached us and told us 2 times that someone would come to serve us, then someone came and attended the last table that had arrived but he did not look at us, it was practically as if we did not exist, we were hungry so we say of our own free will move towards the bar, when we arrived at the bar we heard the group of waiters calling another young man who spoke Spanish so that he would serve us because he does speak Spanish, when I heard that conversation I told them, anyone can attend me because we also speak in English, it seemed to me That this is not professional and it is RACIST, I don't know what kind of customer I can be to be able to have a good service, I also leave a good tip when I go to eat. Without a doubt I will not return I do not want to be treated anywhere with racism, I am a waitress and I never do it: the boy who attended us did it very well and was very kind, the food was delicious, I am upset by the service offered.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. I only ordered two side dishes, not even a full meal, but I ended up waiting about 45 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. When I asked the cashier, they kept saying it would be “another 10 minutes” because the kitchen was behind. This happened multiple times. If they had informed me while placing the order that it would take close to an hour, I would have simply canceled it. Waiting that long for just two sides with no clear communication is very frustrating. I hope they improve their order management and give customers honest wait times in the future.
