  My Husband and I go every year for our Anniversary, well where do I start we have been going like 15 plus yrs. This year was horrible the server Chester was great. I tell them when I call to make the reservation that its our 28 yrs together ❤️, there was nothing on the table, no card. rose pedals nothing. The hostess didn't say anything about our anniversary, nether did the server. The manager didn't even come by to say anything about the HAIR in my food. We usually have dessert not this year I was just ready to go. I will have to really think about going next year. Has really gone down hill over the years .   Easter Sunday at Bonefish Grill. The Bang Bang shrimp was delicious. You can't go wrong with that appetizer. Chester was my host and he was amazing. Great bedside manner as well as knowledgeable with entree preparations. Thank you for a wonderful experience while celebrating my birthday as well as Easter.

  Jessica was my waiter and she did an awesome job. She took her time and listened to exactly how I wanted my order and she even came back with some enhanced options. I truly enjoyed my visit everything was good, fresh, and well prepared. I would recommend this place and particularly this location to everyone.

  This was a delivery order. Never again!!! I paid over $70 before delivery fees & got a VERY small portion for ALL of my food. This is my 2nd time & it was ALL kiddie/baby portions. It’s like they do it because we more than likely won’t drive to the restaurant to complain after the delivery. The prices are higher & us delivery preferred patrons get the short end of the stick, literally. I’m not the only person who is saying this. I’m warning everyone that I know.

  I went here this past Monday and it was EXTREMELY crowded. My food wasn't the best, but my service was TOP TIER. Sabra was our waitress and she advised us that it was her first day on the floor. I couldn't tell because she DID NOT miss a beat. She was VERY attentive, VERY accommodating, and VERY kind. She had other tables, but she treated us as if we were the only pair in the restaurant. Nothing beats top tier customer service and she EXUDED those qualities. The workforce would thrive so much more if EXCELLENT customer service was at the heart of EVERY company. Everyone needs a "Sabra" .
