    Came at 12:15 on a Sunday and it was packed. So when it took 30 minutes get our food I was patient. However when we got our order for 2 breakfast burritos one with easy jalapeños, a shake and a vanilla iced coffee, it was wrong. The food was thrown into the bag we had to rewrap the burritos and both were full of jalapeños. The milkshake was good but no vanilla in the coffee. I then went to the bathroom & it was filthy I had to clean it before I used it. When I went to wash my hands there was NO RUNNING WATER! The only good thing was the guy that brought our food was kind. Will not be back.

    My husband and I just left this location, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. He ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, and I ordered a cookie dough blast. When our desserts were brought out, we were told they didn’t have any spoons. How are customers supposed to eat ice cream without spoons? I didn’t have any in my car, so I had to wait until we drove 15 minutes home to eat mine, and by then it was melted. My husband’s milkshake was just as disappointing. It had no ice cream in it at all, it was a cup of whipped cream with strawberry cheesecake flavoring mixed in. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. We paid for desserts we couldn’t properly enjoy, and the quality was terrible. Really disappointing

    I placed an order on the app for mobile pickup, my estimated pick up time was 11:18.. I waited 45 MINUTES. The whole point of mobile pickup is so we don’t have to wait!!!!!!!
