  I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes with a few cars in front of me. I finally get up to order and did, then was told to wait at the intercom until instructed otherwise. I swear this is the slowest location, and when we got up to the window my fiance asked why we have to sit at the speaker and the employee said because of the time limit- whatever that means. This always happens at night, we’ve never had a problem during the day.

  This Taco Bell is the worst. Much like the rest of the fast food restaurants here in Clinton TN. Never have I had such consistently terrible service. If you're craving Taco Bell and you're in Clinton, drive anywhere else. It'll be worth the gas money. Beth is an incompetent manager.

  Night shift doesn't do their jobs. The lobby was closed & we sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes before the line moved at all. Then when we got to the intercom the girl told us to wait there until she told us to pull arpund to the window for some stupid reason so we waited there at the intercom forever before she finally told us to pull around. There were several people to leave the line & just drive away. This is ridiculous. This happens every time we go there in the evenings. Not busy but takes forever for 3 to 4 people to make an order. They need to hire new people or have a store manager visit unexpectedly

  Had just ordered from here tonight and had gone through the drive thru. They messed up the order which wasnt a big deal went inside let them know which they redone. Left again thinking they had finally got my order right. They allowed me to keep the messed up order which was cool. Get home to feed my family to find out they again messed up the order. Finally had enough and called the store only to be met with a young man who was absolutely unprofessional on the phone and told me to come to the store again with everything even the first messed up order bc they cant give out free food. I didnt want free food I wanted my first order made right. Only to be met with continuous mistakes and unprofessional kids.

  2pm. Ordered and waited 15 min inside. Empty. They forgot to make my order. Took long to come out, and the taco barely had any meat in it at all, didn't bother going back up. Place was messy. Idk what the workers were even doing
