  Please find a better way for DoorDashers to pick up food. Like follow the directions it says on the app. Just because your workers have to go out when it's freezing, doesn't mean we should. There's only 1 Sonic that I know of that actually follows the directions. That's the one on Western Avenue in Knoxville, TN. The very first time I followed the directions on the app, I got chewed out for following the directions on the app and got told to go to the patio. Not at this one, but the one in LaFollette, TN. The only reason why I'm doing a 1 star review is because I don't like being told one thing on the DoorDash app, then have to remember that I can't follow what it says

  I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I came back here. I'm just done the rudest rudest restaurant in Anderson County and that's hard to believe. Considering you eat in your car or come through a drive through here... I'm so sorry. I interrupted your work to wait on me. Go back to wanting to get paid to do nothing very rude. Sorry, I interrupted your day.

  The last time I went I ordered a regular cheeseburger, and a medium order of regular tater tots, that took an hour an eight minutes before I got my order. I love there grape nerds slushy and I enjoy some of there food but I refuse to purchase anything from any Sonic for myself. I ordered the last one for my mom. I used to visit one 5 days a week for years back when I went to school. My last exsperience ordering anything from place was so bad that they owed me $10 in change and they never came back out, so we just left. I have only experienced the drive thru once with only one car in front of me and 60 minutes later I still had no food. This was at a location in Knoxville I'm not familiar with right before 9 pm. I'll never forget it. I'm promise you I'm not embellishing any of this nor am I trying to convince anyone to boycott this place. I've never in my life given any place this many opportunities to continue getting my business. I don't care much for any of there milk shakes nor their version of Mcflurries. The last shake I got was the most expensive one they make and I couldn't drink it at all. At least I ordered it in a small. The food was always good to eat but never came out the way we ordered it. My route 44 ounce grape slushy with nerds candy added in never had any nerds candy in it. Only one time did it actually contain any candy, so I had to start ordering it with double the candy, and everyone of them had the nerds candy inside. I do apologize for this being so long and jumping back and forth. I just needed to say my peace and be done with it. If you go eat here make sure you use the app and you get a discount off drinks and maybe more. I never used it but they always are advertising signs posted up around the store. Please remember to be kind to one another!
