    Does what a Mcdonalds does. Mcdouble and Mcchickens are quick. Unfortunately,no more 2-for-3 or 2-for-3.50. It's right about 6 dollars again. Hopefully they'll change thatin the future. I know they'll get more of MY money if they do.

    Me and my husband stopped for breakfast this morning on our way to work like we do every morning. Only this time we had a really bad experience. When my husband was trying to order our food the lady with the head set was having a hard time listening to what he was trying to tell her (we wanted our gravey and biscuit separated). She finally got everything rung up correctly so we proceeded to the first window where they asked if we had a Sausage Egg McMuffin, then we explained no that we had the biscuit and gravey and a chicken McMuffin. She said the orders had got flipped around witch was fine we wasn't upset at this point but when we got to the second window the blond lady named Sindy that looked like she might have been a manager handed our bag to us and said Sausage egg McMuffin we assumed she was asking us if that was what we had because she was looking right at us when she said it. We told her no that wasn't us then she rudely starts to shake the bag at us and said you didn't have the gravy and biscuit. She had a head set on so I'm assuming she was taking another order but the point is we didn't know that and they had already stated they mixed the orders up and she was looking right at us when she said Sausage Egg McMuffin. It was very rude and unprofessional. I work with the public I know it gets overwhelming at times, but that's no way to treat someone.

    My wife and I stopped by this McDonald's the other night. We waited in the drive-thru line for what felt like forever, even though there weren't many cars. We finally got to the window and had a pretty simple order, two spicy Mcchickens, a large fry, and a sprite. Everything was going fine until the employee, I believe her name was Cadence, handed us the bag and our drinks without saying a word I checked the order and saw we had regular Mcchickens instead of spicy. I politely told her about the mistake, and she just sighed really loudly, like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. She didn't apologize or anything. She just snatched the bag back, muttered something under her breath that I couldn't quite hear, and walked away. I felt like I was bothering her, even though it was their mistake. A few minutes later, she came back and practically shoved the correct order into my hand. Still no apology, no smile, no "enjoy your meal." We drove off, only to find the fries were cold and stale, and the sandwiches weren't much better. It's frustrating because the food wasn't even worth the long wait or the bad attitude. I'm not asking for a lot, just a little basic customer service and decent food. It makes me want to go to a different location next time
