When I asked him to repeat himself because the greeting was so unusual, he let out a loud, frustrated groan into the intercom. When I tried to proceed with a simple coffee order, he continued making strange, mocking noises. It was so uncomfortable and rude that I decided to leave the line without ordering. Definitely not the hospitality I expected."
