  This location in particular used to be my favorite, and I even had a review up for about 6 years saying “They never get my order wrong” … Boy has this location dropped in quality TERRIBLY over these past 6 years, all the way down to the workers!! I ordered one of their boxes, and they forgot the MAIN PART OF THE BOX DEAL, which is IN THE NAME, and they didn’t even bother to cook my Chalupa, it’s still raw! Avoid this location in particular if you’re looking for, at the very least, a DECENT Taco Bell experience. I had low expectations and I’m somehow still left more disappointed than those expectations.

  I am allergic to lettuce, and get lettuce in my CHEESE rollups every single time. It’s absolutely un except able, barely any cheese

  This is the first review I’ve ever written for a restaurant, but I couldn’t ignore what happened tonight. I did wait patiently in the drive through for my mobile,even though they were waiting to have no cars at the window to take the next order.. I waited for almost 20 minutes mind you. I had no attitude, I work in customer service so I understand. However I get to the window. And the lady in the window COUGHED DIRECTLY INTO HER HAND. Then proceeded to put napkins and forks in my bag and handed it to me. Without washing her hands or anything. I have an infant at home so I pray for her and tacobells sake that she does not get sick. I am horrified. 😷 also, I asked for no cheese on my mini taco salad because my infant has a dairy allergy and I breastfeed… it looks like they put the cheese on there then realized I didn’t want it and took it off.. do better.

  I came here one night trying to get something to eat really quick after work. Order the 9 dollar box which definitely recommend 👌. But no sour cream well the guy with a beanie on put it on there. Which oh well shit happens. I tell him. Aye bro I cant have sour cream no attitude no nothing. He gets pissed throws the hell out the burrito it the trash. When remade he barely gave me any meat and stuff in my burrito. Like it wasn't even that serious and very unprofessional. And honestly I haven't been back since
