  Wonderful service! They were out of the cookies from our online order and a very nice male worker made sure the substitution was alright before completing the order. You can tell the workers care about the customers!

  This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to and a completely despicable representation of Subway here in Cleveland. I will never step foot in this location again. From the moment we walked in, we were not acknowledged at all. The woman working there had a nasty, hostile attitude and displayed blatantly racist behavior. Her conduct was unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgraceful. The customer service was beyond terrible. I finally told her to forget it and we walked out. Someone like that should not be working with the public. This location deserves to be shut down. I will not recommend this place to anyone—ever.

  I have been going here alot past couple of months and I wanna say the lady think her name says jess is very sweet and makes good sandwiches and she is always in a good mood. The subway to go if u want good food and service.

  Store was clean but there was no toilet paper in the restroom. the sandwiches were okay but the cookie was not cooked all the way (doughy in the middle and smaller than the cookies normally are.) the person running the register and making sandwiches when asked for napkins handed us just a wad. Like a crumpled up wad and we didn't even get enough. I also saw another lady mention the toilet paper to the cashier and the cashier also just gave her a wad of napkins to use instead of toilet paper. Just overall unpleasant experience.
