- ACAngelBlood Cosplay2 days ago1.0Ordered online, paid online, and went to pick up. Doors were locked at 8:20 pm. They close at 9pm. Lady at the counter made eye contact and turned away. Tried to call and no answer, no refund, no food

Upon waking, she stated that she was leaving due to pain, despite expecting her team to remain on duty. The manager's behavior seemed inconsiderate towards employees, enforcing unfair labor practices while prioritizing her own needs. The manager's communication style with staff and customers was perceived as unpleasant, and the environment had an unpleasant odor. Oh, and I don’t want to leave a star, but I have to, ugh!!!
