  Short version of a long story is that I had cause to make several visits to this store, this evening. I always met with Hannah. Hannah was very knowledgeable and super helpful- I hope she gets a pay raise!!!

  Ticket #57835. Ordered ahead online with the app, requesting three barbecue sauce and three marinara sauces with my order. Carhop comes out, female with long ponytail and big round glasses, forcefully hand me the bag, and states “sauces in the bag”. As she walks off and I look in the bag there was only one barbecue sauce and no marinara. Due to being parked in a mobile pick up parking spot. I got out to walk up to the door. Two employees inside make eye contact with me, roll their eyes and turn the other way. The female who gave me my food, comes out rudely and states “what do you want“. I proceed to tell her that I only received one barbecue sauce, but I ordered three along with three marinara, she scrolls her eyes, Storms in inside, slams her trays down to only bring out two more barbecue sauce and slams them in my hand. When I ask about the marinara, I was told “I don’t have to give you anything if I don’t want to”. This is unprofessional, even for fast food service, and this girl Seems like she don’t even deserve this job. When I asked about to speak to a manager, I was told there was none currently on duty. Once I pulled off I also noticed that I was also given chicken bites instead of chicken strips.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered online ahead of time... Arrived at 7:15, store wasnt even open yet no employees, when they finally turned the lights on at 7:20 I waited about 5 minutes to push the order button... lady worker yells we aren't taking orders and clicks the mic off... waited about 10min to push it again, lady comes over the mic gives me a bunch attitude then proceeds to tell me if I cant wait another 30min I should just go somewhere else.
