  The Manager Adam didn’t care about the mess up on my order was being rude and cutting me off while I was trying to explain what was going on and he said things just happen and hung up on me very unprofessional and I’m very unhappy.

  Called a order in and it was wrong. Some things were left off my order so I called and spoke to Adam the manager and he acted like it wasn't a big deal. I told him I wasn't using them again and he did offer me credit but I didn't want it. He then hung up on me. Very unsatisfied!

  Wow Adam might be the worst most disrespectful papa John’s employee I have ever talked to, I understand mistakes can be made but this is ridiculous, very unprofessional

  Awwww man that buffalo chicken specialty pizza is the BOMB dude ! Me n my wife couldn’t stop eating it haha, idk what’s up with all the bad reviews, but 5 stars from us for sure !

  I've never had issues with tracking an order online until today. I'm monitoring the progress and for a while it says preparing. My daughter is there and she's told not ready. A few minutes later I refreshed the tracking and it shows picked up. I called my daughter and she tells me she doesn't have it. She goes back in and once again she's told it's not ready that's a mistake. I called the place but right away I was putme on hold for more than 7 minutes. I hanged up, call back. I could even utter a sound and the lady had already said "please hold". I'm upset now. I hanged up and called back and select store's manager. 3 minutes ringing no answer. I get it, they are busy, but no answer after 7 minutes on hold!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE
